- We've got a great lineup of guest composers and performers this year, including Pulitzer-Prize winning composer Paul Moravec, Grawemeyer Prize-winning composer George Tsontakis, composers Steven Bryant, Jonathan Newman, Alexandra Gardner, Rafael Hernandez, Armando Bayolo, Brian Current, Jenny Olivia Johnson, Abbie Betinis and Lance Hulme, as well as the Rascher Saxophone Quartet, saxophonist Brian Sacawa, pianists Danny Holt and Rob Auler, violinist Cornelius Dufallo, Mezzo-Soprano Clara O'Brien and the classical guitar/video game duo, Modal Kombat!
- Congratulations to the two winners of our 2nd Annual Young Composers Competition: 1st Place - David Lawrence from Port Jefferson Station, NY with his clarinet trio, The Four Seasonings, and 2nd Place - Solomon Hoffman from Port Washington, NY with his woodwind quintet, Miniatures.
